1. Who we are

From Vibe to Production is a professional content project by Igor Sinitsyn about AI-assisted development, vibe coding, engineering operations, automation, architecture and building production-ready software.

Privacy contact: igor@fromvibetoproduction.com.

2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and used when you:

  • visit this website;
  • contact us by email or through a contact link;
  • interact with From Vibe to Production content;
  • connect or use a LinkedIn-connected content administration workflow operated for this project.

This policy applies only to this website and related project-operated tools. LinkedIn and other third-party services process personal data under their own privacy policies and terms.

3. Information we may process

Depending on how the website or related tools are used, the following categories of information may be processed:

  • Website and security logs: IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, requested pages, timestamps, referrer data, error logs, security events and performance logs.
  • Contact data: name, email address, message content and any other information voluntarily included in a message.
  • LinkedIn account connection data: LinkedIn member identifier, profile name, profile email when provided by LinkedIn, granted scopes, access token, refresh token if issued, token expiry, connection status and OAuth audit information.
  • Content workflow data: draft posts, scheduled posts, approved posts, published post identifiers, publishing status, error messages, content history, audit events and operator actions.
  • Analytics data: post-level metrics such as impressions, reactions, comments, shares, clicks, engagement rate and imported analytics, where such data is available through authorized APIs or manually provided by an authorized operator.

4. How information may be used

Information may be used for the following purposes:

  • to operate, maintain, secure and debug the website;
  • to respond to messages and manage contact requests;
  • to authenticate authorized users through LinkedIn OAuth;
  • to operate approved or scheduled LinkedIn content workflows;
  • to maintain publishing history, analytics snapshots and audit records;
  • to detect errors, prevent abuse and protect the integrity of systems;
  • to meet legal, regulatory, security or dispute-resolution requirements where applicable.

5. LinkedIn data and permissions

LinkedIn authentication is handled by LinkedIn. This project does not ask for or store LinkedIn passwords. When a LinkedIn account is connected, the requested permissions are shown by LinkedIn during the authorization flow.

If publishing permission is granted, the content administration workflow may create or manage content using the connected LinkedIn account only within the scope of the permissions granted by LinkedIn and the actions approved inside the workflow.

If read or analytics permissions are granted by LinkedIn, the workflow may retrieve post-level analytics, reactions, comments or other social metadata made available through the granted scopes. Access to such data depends on LinkedIn API availability, granted scopes and application review.

Access may be revoked through LinkedIn account settings or by contacting us. Revocation stops future access that depends on the revoked token, but it may not automatically remove records already stored for security, audit, operational or legal purposes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website may use strictly necessary technologies required for hosting, security, routing, abuse prevention and basic operation. Hosting, DNS, CDN and security providers may process standard technical logs.

If optional analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.

7. Legal bases

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on one or more of the following:

  • Consent: for LinkedIn OAuth authorization or optional features that require user choice.
  • Contract or pre-contractual steps: to provide requested functionality or respond to direct requests.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the website, maintain audit records, prevent abuse, debug systems and improve content operations.
  • Legal obligations: where processing, retention or disclosure is required by applicable law.

8. Service providers and third parties

Information may be processed by third-party service providers used to operate this website and related workflows, including hosting, DNS, CDN, security, email, logging, monitoring, infrastructure and LinkedIn/Microsoft services.

Service providers are expected to process information for the relevant operational purpose. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a dispute, investigation or business transfer.

This website is not operated as a data broker or advertising resale service.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration of information. Access to operational tools should be limited to authorized users, and sensitive credentials should not be exposed in public pages or frontend code.

No internet-based system can be made completely secure. Security issues can be reported to igor@fromvibetoproduction.com.

10. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods may depend on the type of information, operational needs, security requirements, audit requirements and legal considerations.

  • contact messages may be retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable follow-up period;
  • LinkedIn tokens may be retained until disconnection, revocation, expiry or deletion from the workflow;
  • drafts, scheduled posts, published post identifiers, analytics snapshots and audit logs may be retained as part of operational history;
  • technical and security logs may be retained for security, debugging and abuse-prevention purposes;
  • some records may be retained longer where needed for legal, security, dispute-resolution or compliance reasons.

11. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where a visitor or user is located. Where required, processing and transfers depend on the safeguards, contractual terms or lawful transfer mechanisms made available by the relevant service providers.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. These rights may be subject to verification, exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

Requests can be sent to igor@fromvibetoproduction.com. Additional information may be requested to verify the requester and locate relevant records.

13. Children

This website and related workflows are intended for a professional audience and are not directed to children. Personal information from children is not knowingly requested.

14. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

15. Contact
